Objectives
- Establishment of a sustainable primary level eye care service system (Screening, Identification and referral) in the service area.
- To enhance the community awareness and knowledge on prevention, cure and cause of blindness
- To strengthen the local self-governance system in the project area to address the needs of the disabled individuals.
- To provide rehabilitation and additional support services, to 60% of individuals identified with other disabilities along with Visual Impairment in collaboration with other agencies.
- To integrate at least 70% of identified children with visual impairment into mainstream education.

- Kanker, Narharpur, Bhanupratappur and Durg Kondal Blocks of Kanker District
Outcome
- Health Education and trainings of the blind children
- Community Screening and Referral services established.
- Integrated Education for LV & Blind children
