Financial Policy
XISA is committed to adhere to all policies and guidelines of the Central and State Governments pertaining to financial administration and management. It adheres to the various compliances under Income Tax Act and FCRA. It has a professional and qualitative financial management system which facilitates accountability and transparency in financial administration. The funds received for various projects, both from the country and outside and the fund generated locally are utilised following all the guidelines of the government. An internal audit is done of the day- today financial transactions before the External Audit is done for better financial management.
Gender Policy
XISA is committed to create a safe work environment in the institute for all employees, especially the female employees. Its work culture is such that female employees feel comfortable and safe working here. The work positions are filled in without gender bias. A woman can be hired to any position if she has the required qualification and experience. The institute respects and adheres to gender equity. All the laws and guidelines of the country related to gender equity are followed.
